Nasus Supply LLC was incorporated in the State of Missouri in 2005. We are a certified Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and also hold Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification. We are SAMS registered with the United States government as a vendor as well.
Our centralized location in Hermann, Missouri allows us to ship economically to customers across the country.
Do you provide International delivery?
We typically do not sell or ship internationally, although we will consider shipping to anywhere UPS delivers. Please call for more information.
How do I get a custom quote?
Just call! We are experienced in making custom products to our customers specifications, It's best to quote from a drawing, but not required.
What is your returns policy?
If you received a product from us that you wish to return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. There is normally a restocking fee involved in returns, unless the product has defective materials or workmanship.
How do I track my order?
Contact Nasus Supply via email or phone to get your tracking number, or request that we track a shipment for you.
Can I return a custom made product?
No. We cannot accept returns on custom made products. Please review your drawing or instructions carefully before ordering.
What are your delivery options?
We ship large quantities daily and therefore have great shipping
discounts negotiated with major carriers. However, if you prefer,
we can also ship using your carrier or bill to your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We will also invoice with Net 30 terms customers with approved credit.
