Will Nasus Supply ship internationally?
We typically do not sell or ship internationally, although we will consider shipping to anywhere UPS delivers. Please call us for more information.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We will also invoice with Net 30 terms for customers with approved credit.
What are options for the delivery of my order?
We ship out huge orders daily and therefore already have great shipping
discounts negotiated with major carriers. However, if you prefer, we can also ship using your carrier or third party bill to your account.
What is your return policy?
If you received a product from us that you wish to return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is normally a restocking fee involved in returns, unless the product has defective materials or workmanship. Custom made products are not eligible to be returned or refunded, although in some instance we will consider adjustments or repairs which may require an additional fee.
How can I get a quote on a custom product or design?
Just call! We are experienced in making custom products to your specifications, so email, fax, call, whatever works for you. It's best to quote from a drawing for accuracy, but not required.
